  1. Hard workout but he transitions were so fast, especially from floor to standing, that I had to stop video and back up to catch up and figure out what the next move would be

  3. I died today coach. 10 mins to cool down but im seeing stars already. ๐Ÿ˜‚ i had to stop and head to the cool down instead. Must do this again next day to complete. Thank you guys so much for the sweet torture! Love you guys!

  4. ๐Ÿ™ stopped at 18.38, I think I mentally gave up… My aim is to get through another 10 mins at each attempt! Already had sweat running down my forehead, great workout!

  5. OMG I started with a 25 pound vest on thinking this workout wouldnโ€™t push me…..oh how wrong I was. I finished but now my vest is nowhere to be found. The plank row twist is killer ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿฅด

    Dumbbell according to fitness level, I know. But just my curiosity, what were the weight of today's dumbbell please.

  8. Loved this work out! I'm currently doing tabata HIIT w/weights videos 3x/week, getting whooped into shape for my friend's wedding in a few weeks! I purposely bought a dress that was a little snug as extra motivation to stick with these workouts ๐Ÿ˜‰ feeling good, thank you!

  9. I'm 8 kgs overweight and plan to shed those in a month. Been looking for a workout routine to follow. If i do this 5-6 days a week. Will i be able to fulfill my goal and will my body get toned?

  10. Amazing workout. This is the first time I've done HIIT for 45 min, usually I'd do it for 30 min or less but watching you guys motivating us to continue through the whole work out kept me going. I have a question about the numbers of calories burned at the top of the screen, do they show how many calories coach Claudia is burning throughout the work out and how many calories coach Kozak is burning? Or am i missing something?

  11. Hi guys. This is still a toughie. Got to increase the weight on some of moves,so that made me happy! My neighbor came over yesterday and told me that she was sure I was trying to kill her after i suggested she try cardio abs(Smurf jacks ). I'm so glad she is pleased with hasfit ( and she's a physical therapist!) C u again soon! TY!

  14. I don't normally post on YouTube but this is one of my favourite workouts. I started doing this workout when I was roughly 5 stones (31kgs) heavier last year and it used to kill me when I started my journey to getting fit.. I haven't done this workout in about 3 months until earlier today when it absolutely destroyed me.. I considered myself fit now which clearly isn't true. i guess there is always room for self improvement.. As an aside, just wanted to say thanks to Hasfitl.. the workouts on here are fantastic and definitely make a difference!
