  3. Totally love working out using ur videos. I have lost 3 and half stones over a period of 5 months using ur videos and eating under 2000 calories. I havnt made drastic changes to my diet but the workouts are working amazing for me. I workout 30/40 mins each day using your videos and they so so enjoyable to follow as well and i love the fact that you talk throughout the video, it makes the workout pass by super fast πŸ™‚
