  3. Shelly, you had 6 ads during your workout. It is annoying to skip the ad when I'm in the grove, then I have to stop to skip. You are better than this. Get rid of the ads.

  4. You are a motivator and an inspiration. I recently sprained my ankle and was looking for ways to workout my upper body and still get in some cardio and a good sweat. This video and another one of your videos were just awesome. You make me believe that exercise is possible regardless of any injury. Keep the videos coming! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
