  3. Man this is acutally a killer. I took 10-20 sec breaks between some exercices that were challenging to me because this is my first hiit workout, but overall this was amazing. In how much time with a balanced diet and one of these a day could i see results? Lots of love from me! ❀️

  4. Trying to get in shape for an upcoming wedding and I've been blessed with a 2+month break, my kneecaps feel a great deal of pain which restricts me from doing some of the exercises in your videos.

  7. I’m a new runner and I didn’t have time to get to my usual run today so I decided to try an at home workout and picked this video! Boy did it kick my butt!!
