  1. This workout is awesome and people were saying it wasn't too hard but if person does each circuit faster with more reps it would be…I felt very challenged because I was trying to do each circuit as fast as I could.

  3. The first time I did this workout it was really intense. Just 2 days and a couple lighter workouts later I did it again and I thought I was only halfway done she she said that we did it!!! I am so happy with my improvement, highly recomend❤️💯🤩

  4. Did not seem like a HIIT workout…felt like more of a beginner's cardio workout. Not a criticism! just an FYI for those who are looking for a truly tough HIIT workout, this workout probably isn't it
