  1. I did not like this video. I thought the minute breaks were far too long. I was cooling down by the time it was only half over, even with moving around still. Bummer

  2. I’ll be doing this for one week and I will be sharing how I’m feeling . I won’t be using anything to measure so it’ll be like a blindfold weight loss !!!

    Day 1: was great I got through the workout and I really felt the burn after

    Day 2: [morning] the next morning my legs were very sore and I could feel it every step I took.

    Day 2: the workout was a little easier but since my legs were sore I got a better and more challenging workout πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ.

    Tip: if you are going to do this don’t breathe in and out your nose but breath in and out your mouth so you can get more air is your body

    The next day I took a rest but now I’m back in action!

    Unfortunately and fortunately I will not be continuing this exercise until I do a colon detox because I really need one . This is an amazing workout and I look forwards to doing it next week when I’m on school break

  5. Do you have more like these? I like how it changes every 30 seconds. That makes it easier for me to do bc otherwise I can’t keep going for more than 30 seconds.
