  1. I just completed this workout… now I'm reading comments .. my calves are in pain… burning like hell…bt i feel much better after reading comments that it's not only me who's going through all this ..there are several other people with me🤣✌🏻

  2. Y'all I'm done after 15 mins. I'm gonna try for 16 mins tomorrow. But I'm shaking so bad right now. I'm getting some water. My breakfast choice will be omlet with spinache and italian cheese and some yogurt that contains vitamin D3. See y'all tomorrow!!!

  3. what should you do if you don't have enough strength to hold a position, or to do one rep? Like, I can't get my legs from behind me to the side of me. I can't even do one rep. Any suggestions?

    10.08.2018. Fuck mountain climbs. I made it to 9:00 and then skipped to cooldown 🙂 Damn, i sweat a bit all over my body. It really is exhausting. I breathe heavily.

I literally died but i sweat so much omg i hope i'll lose about 20 lbs in 2 months,i lose like 2lbs in 1 week just by drinking HELLA water,i cut out junk food(it'd hard in first but then you'll get used to it) i have like one chocolate bar in a week,sometimes when i can't sleep i go running at 4am😂😂,andd that's it
