    Ah, the beauty of your workouts. You know and I know and we all know, you don't actually lose weight or change your body within one and a half hour.
    But I sure FEEL so much better right now!!

  2. I enjoy exercising to your videos, never cared how much calories burned, but I knew I was working out hard, since I felt tired and out of breath. For the end of year I chose this video because I wanted the challenge and burn 1000 calories, but I burned 530 calories, so said my Fit bit. I was tired and out of breath, almost at Kelly's pase. When I do others HIIT for 25 mins, no weights, I burn 290-350 calories per Fit bit . Why didn't I burn 1000 calories? Thx and have a great 2019.

  3. Two times in my life I tried fitness blender consecutively and lost tremendous amount of weight and gained lean muscle mass successfully. I did it in eighth grade summer, and again my senior year of high-school throughout summer. I joined planet fitness twice, both times I gained weight and only put on even more body fat as well. I gain muscle easily through the gym, however it isn't toned like it was when I did fitness blender years ago. I cannot stress enough how much this channel helped me find the only workout method that has proven not once, but twice, to be a successful and cheap alternative to the gym. Paired with healthy eating, I recommend these workouts to anyone, and I mean anyone. In fact, as bad as it was, I could eat fast food everyday and still maintain a healthy shape and fairly healthy weight when I trained on these workouts daily. I can honestly say I love you two, and I'm using your channel yet again this year to help change my life. God bless the both of you, an inspiration you two serve to be to those who feel like they can't do it, but we can, thank you.

  4. Got to 30 minutes, gonna do a seperate toning workout…keep in mind you don’t have to do the full thing. My breathing isn’t great so I only did 30 minutes, you will still lose weight and burn plenty
