  1. Make sure when u do the outside thigh raises that you tilt ur hips forward and point/flex ur toes towards ur body (my XC coach taught me this). You might not be able to go as high. 👍😇

  2. cant thank you enough for posting these videos, Your workouts really WORK. I have seen a massive difference in my shape and strength for the past 3 months which is amazing . Having said I was a regular at the gym but incorporating your workouts in my routine has given me the strength ive always wanted , I now exercise more at home and seeing results I never saw before .
