  1. Guys is it that effective? I mean i have a month and a half to get in shape should i do it and give up on cardio or do it with cardio? Last question everyday or day yes day no ?

  2. LISTEN UP EVERYONE! STOP DOING THE EXERCISES WITHOUT WARMING UP! Do some swings and stretch your muscles. Thats why you feel tired after a minute. Your muscles and limbs need to be at the right temperature to do itโ€™s max potential. What i do is some light swing-exercises and to get my pulse up i do some jumps. Then i round it off with some shadow boxing. Hope you found this helpful!

    EDIT: Remember to drink as much water as your body needs an hour or two before. Remember the 1-2 method. Eat and drink 1 to 2 hours before working out.

  3. Iโ€™m 5โ€™6, 249pds. I want to get to 170, even though the ideal weight that society wants me to be is 145. I have a big bust and booty and Iโ€™d like to keep that if I could but lose the belly, back and arm fat. Toning up the rest. I have started to change my diet, slowly but surely. I also recently purchased some resistance bands to do exercises at home. I am excited to try this! I am going to start with this video today and do it at least 3 times a week. I will update in exactly a month from now to reveal my progress.

  5. Iโ€™m overweight , did this exercise fully but I know that I didnโ€™t do the exercises with good form etc. Have to work on that ! One day down !! Gonna try to do this 5 days out of the week and maybe yoga on the 6th day
